“Thank you for your detailed training plan. This looks good to us.
We’re excited to get started on our training journey!”
How can we earn your dog’s enthusiasm? His devotion? His trust?
Establishing the right training path for your dog relies on the answers to these questions.
Evaluations give us the opportunity to learn about your dog as an individual. We gain essential insight into how he thinks and feels by interacting with him over a period of time. We might play with your dog, ask for his attention and composure, offer him a learning opportunity in the form of a specific training exercise… all the while watching not just for how he behaves, but so much more importantly: how he feels.
Private lessons include a written Training Plan specific to you and your dog. The Training Plan clarifies your goals and serves as a road map for the milestones along the way.
Private Lessons are a great training option when you have the time, interest, and determination to learn how to train your dog and apply that learning to your dog every day for several weeks in a row. We schedule each session based on the results of the previous lesson. By staying flexible, we keep your dog interested and maintain momentum, or take a little more time when it’s needed.
Board & Train
You get several handling lessons as part of your program, both before and after your dog comes home.
Board & Train is the immersion boarding-school of dog training. We are not a kennel, and a Board & Train in our home is a full time program for your dog (and us!). We take a select number of dogs at a time in semesters and work seven days a week through their program. With this old world training approach, we foster lasting understanding and responsibility in your dog.
Single sessions or consulting packages customized to meet your needs. Available in person, by phone, or via email.
Researching a new pet? House-training issues? Aggression problems? Separation anxiety? We can help.
